So this Saturday we organised an entire afternoon of Artemis in the lecture theatres at Warwick University. We had a fair turnout (enough that we could get two crews together by the end), only hampered by some minor connectivity issues (which we managed to resolve well enough).
To start with we played a couple of warm-up games in invasion mode where we switched around stations and got the new players up to speed. Then we started going through missions, playing The End of Peace and working our way through the Trials of Deneb series. Finally, at the end of the night, we played a few games with multiple crews, both cooperatively and then finally PVP.
This forum's own avbeeri was there to capture some of the action; his photos can be found here (Facebook warning, I don't know if these are visible publicly):

All in all the event was a great success, everyone enjoyed themselves and we're probably going to host another one at some point - watch this space!
