Re-downloading software
I can't find my download of artemis on my computer, and have sent an email to have another link sent to me about a week ago.
Is it the season, are they just that busy, or do they not check their emails often?
Either way, how do I get them to send me another copy of the program, without paying another $40?

I've had the same thing happen. I've emailed twice. Any other way to contact them? I'd really like to have the game for my family before Christmas.
