Android APK

I have an OUYA which I'd like to try to get working with Artemis. It would make the perfect server as it is already plugged into my TV.

But the OUYA doesn't have the google playstore. Is it possible to get Artemis on the OUYA? Or could I just get the APK so I can install it myself? Thanks!
